Appendix J article 7.2.2. of FIA regulations now require extinguisher bottles to be mounted using anti-torpedo tab brackets and screw tight straps. All new Lifeline extinguishers are supplied with these brackets and straps if you purchase the complete kit. However if you would like to update your existing extinguisher then you may need to buy these items separately. Each extinguisher will require two brackets (which are sold as a pair) and two straps (which are sold individually).

For straps and/or brackets Lifeline extinguishers fall into one of three groups:

Please note that brackets are sold as a pair but straps are sold individually. If you purchase the bracket and strap part number then you will receive two straps and two brackets. * Group 4 systems only require a single bracket.
